SESSION DETAILS

Your sessions are meant to be very comfortable with no rush and are scheduled for plenty of time to capture the best images possible. They typically last between one and two hours, so please plan your day accordingly. Your sessions can take place on location at your home for a more personalized look or at a park for a more natural surrounding. A payment of 25% of the total session fee should be paid at this moment. Your ordering appointment will be scheduled 1 week after your session at which time you will be shown 20 – 45 images from your session. Orders will be taken at that time, so therefore please make sure all parties involved in the decision making process will be present. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

A $200 minimum print order is required. After the print order has been met, an online gallery will be available for a month for friends and family to view and make purchases as they wish. There is a $25 fee to republish the gallery for an additional two weeks after it has expired. Your order will be ready in approximately 4 weeks, however specialty items may take 6 – 8 weeks. Rush orders are available for a 50% surcharge.

WHAT TO WEAR?

Depending on you or your child’s personality and style, you can choose solid colors accented with fresh modern pieces. You can put together a fun outfit, or you can keep it simple. The location of the session will determine what clothing is best. I find that jeans work very well and can be dressed up or down. If the session takes place at your home, I will assist you in choosing clothing that will coordinate best with your place. At the time of booking, we will discuss your style and what you are looking for in order to suggest your clothing.

MATERNITY SESSIONS

For maternity sessions, we suggest having the session take place two months before your due date. Bellies are usually just the right size for capturing at this time.

We recommend wearing all pre-pregnancy clothing. Pregnant women have beautiful curves and we want to show that off! Bring jeans that will have a snug fit (we will not zip or button them, just fold them down). We also recommend bringing something lacy, pretty. Tops like camisoles, tanks, lingerie, sweaters, etc. Long skirts that fit below the belly are a nice alternative to jeans. If you have beautiful scarves or wraps, you can bring those as well. Our goal is to make you feel and look beautiful.

I book at least two weeks in advance. The following session fees are for weekday appointments only and there is an additional $30 charge for Saturday sessions.

$40 – location session within 20 miles

$55– location session 20 – 40 miles

*Includes a photo session for up to 5 people. There will be a $20 fee for each additional person.

Fees are for the photographers time only and do not include prints. The fee is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment and is non-refundable. Cancellations must be made five days in advance of your appointment in order to apply your fee to another session. Emergencies or sick children are taken into considertation. The fee will be forfeited if a session is cancelled and rescheduled more than once and another fee will be required to secure a new session.
